Position Title: City Success Representative (CSR)
Reports To: County Success Manager (CSM)
Location: Remote/Assigned City
Position Overview:
Complete College Prospects (CCP) is seeking dynamic and driven City Success Representatives (CSRs) to join our team. CSRs play a critical role in connecting high school athletes with college opportunities, providing essential support and guidance to students in their assigned cities. This position involves engaging with athletes, parents, and schools to promote CCP's services, ensuring athletes are well-prepared and visible to college recruiters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Athlete Recruitment and Engagement:
- Identify and reach out to potential high school athletes within the assigned city.
- Conduct initial consultations with athletes and their families to explain CCP's services and benefits.
- Guide athletes through the membership sign-up process, ensuring they understand the requirements and benefits.
- Relationship Building:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with high school coaches, athletic directors, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Attend local high school sports events to engage with athletes and promote CCP's services.
- Athlete Support and Mentorship:
- Provide ongoing support and mentorship to athletes, helping them with getting all of their information in for a complete portfolio.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting:
- Monitor and track athlete progress and success, providing regular updates to the County Success Manager (CSM).
- Meet or exceed monthly membership sign-up targets, with a baseline minimum of 25 memberships per month.
- Promotion and Outreach:
- Promote CCP's services through various channels, including social media, community events, and local sports clubs.
- Organize and participate in informational sessions, webinars, and other promotional activities.
- Administrative Duties:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of athlete interactions and progress.
- Provide timely reports on membership sign-ups.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service, or athletics.
- Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse groups.
- Highly motivated and goal oriented.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using technology and social media for promotion and communication.
- Other:
- Passion for sports and a genuine interest in helping young athletes succeed.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to attend evening and weekend events as required.
Compensation: (CSR & CSM are 1099 positions)
- Commission Only: For 25 mandatory athlete memberships per month.
- Commission + Bonus: For 25-49 athlete memberships per month.
- Commission + Higher Bonus: For 50-74 athlete memberships per month.
- Commission + Highest Bonus: For 75-100 athlete memberships per month, with potential for advancement to the next tier after three months at this level.
